Update: Project Snow Leopard

Under the Project Snow Leopard of MoEF& CC, Government of India, with an aim to assess and documentation of the Snow Leopard and other wildlife in the country, we at Namdapha National Park & Tiger Reserve are all set for our expedition to the unexplored Daphabum peak. As whole state is set for this exercise, Team Namdapha will be moving ahead on 23rd June.

For the first time, the unexplored Daphabum peak is going to be explored intensively by the team Namdapha. Daphabum is the highest peak with elevation of 4571 m asl and is yet to be conquered. Let us all together wish our team best of luck.

The management of Namdapha is very much thankful to Hon'ble Minister Shri Kamlung Mosang, UD & CS and Dapha Valley Tours & Travels for his assistance and providing essential items as token of love and encouraging gesture. We also thank WWF-India for their constant support.
