A protection cum patrolling vehicle for Namdapha was flagged off on 26th April, 2022 by Hon'ble Minister Shri Kamlung Mosang, Urban Development, Food & Civil supplies, Geology & Mining etc. at the premises of the Field Director Office, Namdapha National Park & Tiger Reserve, Miao.

While addressing the gathering Hon'ble Minister Shri Kamlung Mosang reiterated that the protection vehicle will be of much help for the timely protection activities inside the park.

While thanking the Learned Chief Secretary Shri Naresh Kumar on whose initiative the vehicle was purchased under UNTIED Fund, the Field Director Shri Aduk Paron said that the four-wheeled patrolling vehicle will be helpful in expediting the patrolling activities inside the park.

The flagging off ceremony was also attended by Shri Sunny K. Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Miao.
